Tshepo is a Gauteng Provincial Government youth empowerment initiative designed to help young people (with any education level) to access opportunities. In partnership with the private sector and Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, Tshepo empowers young people by providing sustainable skills training, learnerships and entrepreneurial development opportunities.
Tshepo and Harambee are working together. This means that if you live in Gauteng, whether you register on tshepo.mobi or harambee.mobi, your details go into the same system and you will be contacted by Harambee as soon as a suitable opportunity becomes available. All communications you receive following registration for Tshepo will be from Harambee.
After you register a consultant from Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator will contact you. Save Harambee’s number 011 476 1004 and be sure to answer their call! Harambee may call you again to offer you tips on how to start looking and applying for work.
If you’re near one of Harambee’s venues, you will get an SMS invite to come to their 100% free work-seeker support workshop to equip you with the skills to find work yourself.
If you match to an available opportunity, then Harambee will contact you. This is not guaranteed, so keep looking for work using the skills and tools you received from Tshepo and Harambee.
If any of your details changes, make sure you update your profile by logging in again to www.tshepo.mobi with your username and password.
